A Customs-licensed warehouse in Singapore where imported goods can be stored without paying GST until they leave.
In practice
Goods stay GST-suspended while inside. If re-exported, GST is never paid. If released into Singapore, GST becomes payable at that point. Useful for regional distribution hubs and goods awaiting sale. Requires a Zero-GST Warehouse Scheme licence under TradeFIRST.
