A stock rule where the stock closest to its expiry date is picked and shipped first.
In practice
Used for food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. The WMS needs expiry dates captured at receiving. A batch received later may be shipped first if it expires sooner.

All chilled stock is managed FEFO with a 90-day minimum remaining shelf life for dispatch.
